For english speakers please roll a little bit further down !!
A SHRIMP WITH COURGETTES CILANTRO RAISINS AND RICOTTA
I am still on vacantion and I am lazzy like ever this is so good ; this is a very lazzy recipe but so good for summertime : you should avoid this recipe if you date someone as this is difficult to grab the whole thing in one bite!
For 6 bites
1 Brick sheet ( you can use the Brick leaves ; this is a very thin pastry used in nothern african food ; you can also use a mere puffy dough)
1 zucchini
Some raisins
2 tablespoons ricotta
salt pepper
A few sprigs of cilantro
6 peeled shrimp
Brush the pastry sheet with meleted butter , cut into pieces, and cook in hot oven for 5 minutes watching cooking. Cool.
Cut a third of the zucchini into sticks and put them aside, grate the remaining two-thirds in a bowl, add the raisins that have been inflated in a hot liquid (tea or water). Add the ricotta and chopped coriander.
Salt and pepper.
Elabore the aperitive snack as in the photo by superimposing the various ingredients to the last moment otherwise the brick will soften !
