Tartes cèpes Viandes grisons
125g de farine
62g de beurre
Eau
20cl de crème fleurette
1 œuf
Sel poivre
20 g de cèpes séchés
18cl d’eau
5 tranches de viande des Grisons
Sel poivre
Dans le bol du mixer mélanger la farine et le beure afin d’avoir une consistance sablonneuse ; ajouter un peu d’eau ; mettre vite en boule et laisser reposer au fridge pour au moins une heure.
Au bout de ce temps, étaler la pâte et la déposer dans un moule beurré puis remettre au fridge pour une heure.
Allumer le four à th 240°
Dans un saladier verser battre la crème et l’œuf ; assaisonner.
Verser L’eau chaude sur les cèpes et attendre qu’ils gonflent .Puis les égoutter.
Couper la viande des Grisons en lanières.
Ajouter sur le fond de tarte les cèpes et la viande.
Ajouter le mélange crème-œuf .
Faire cuire pendant 20 à 25 minutes.
Déguster tiède.
